Botanical Eden

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmother on the anniversary of her wedding to my grandfather, who recently passed away. This was an incredibly meaningful day, and I trusted this florist to handle something simple and time-sensitive. They never delivered the flowers. Worse, they never contacted me to let me know there was an issue. The entire day came and went without any communication. It wasn’t until the following day that I received a vague email saying they “needed to cancel the order”—as if that wasn’t already obvious by that point. There was no accountability, no attempt to fix the situation, and no regard for how important the timing was. Had they communicated even a day or two in advance, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, they completely dropped the ball on a deeply personal order. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important.

I simply cannot speak highly enough of Botanical Eden and its wonderful owner, Jennifer! She fulfilled every aspect of my request for a beautiful arrangement in honor of my beloved sister Ashley, who would have been celebrating her 50th birthday this week. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my parents and my nephew and asked Jennifer to please include a lot of purple flowers because it was Ashley‘s favorite color. 💜 Jennifer patiently listened to every aspect of my request and delivered the most unique and beautiful arrangement to our family! They were blown away by how vibrant, unique, and gorgeous the flowers were and I know that it brightened what is usually a very difficult day for them since Ashley’s passing. I will be using Botanical Eden for all of my future floral needs because of Jennifer’s attention to quality, detail, and customer service.

After 2 weeding in 5 months the most unexpected Delight was the flowers at my girls weeding! Jennifer listened to both of my girls creating there own unique vision. She stayed in budget and delivered the most beautiful flowers! Just saying the most beautiful things at the event excluding the beautiful bride. Can’t wait to use her for other events and all occasions.
